How we were founded
In 2010, Arpa Information Technology Solutions — ARPATECH — was founded by Eric Fajardo, Mai Salvador and Bernardo Pariñas Jr. Armed with extensive technical experience in IT infrastructure management and in supporting core backend servers and network architectures at multinational companies including Accenture, Morgan Stanley, HP, Willis Towers Watson and IBM, the company was founded with a diverse set of IT consulting services ranging from server and network design, virtualization, cloud hosting, RFID and SMS integrations, and cyber security.
Becoming ARPACORP
In 2018 ARPATECH evolved from sole proprietorship to corporation as ARPACORP. The office transitioned from Syquia, Sta. Ana, Manila to Salcedo Village in Makati. Mobile application development was added to the list of services, adding strength to the team’s central portfolio of Research and Development and Solutions Design.

FROM THE CO-FOUNDER
Ten strong years.
It took us that long to steer the ship and head it towards a new direction. I can still remember our little office space setup, registered on our home address. We were confined in a small room formerly used as a preschool classroom for ages four to six years old. During that time, we only had two things: the passion to solve problems, and the ability to design and build cost effective solutions.

OUR STORY
Milestones
Beginnings
Our humble beginnings started as early as 2004 by catering professional website design and development for an enterprise selling inter-office telecommunication and telephony products.
Foundation
Arpa Information Technology Solutions (ARPATECH) was founded in Syquia Street, Sta. Ana, Manila, adding web hosting and email hosting services.
Sharpening
A diverse set of IT consulting services were added, ranging from server and network redesign, virtualization, cloud hosting, and RFID and SMS integration. During this time, AnotherEdge Web Hosting Media was created.
Textity
Textity SMS Platform was developed to bridge multiple SMS aggregator connections into a single API, allowing bulk SMS sending through Kannel or an SMS gateway.
OpenGKS
The Open Gatekeeper Solution began as a pet project for Keen Learning Center, giving parents real-time SMS notification when their children arrived at and left school.
GetMe
GetMe GPS Tracking Solution was developed. By customizing hardware GPS receivers, we integrate a six (6) ways to track system for better security.
Transition
Transition from sole proprietorship to corporation as ARPACORP, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under registration number CS20180484.
