ARPA has been integrating cost-effective Information Technology solutions using open systems since 2010.
2010 – Arpa Information Technology Solutions, or ARPATECH was founded by Eric Fajardo, Mai Salvador and Bernard Pariñas Jr. Armed with an extensive technical experience with IT infrastructure management and supporting core backend servers and network architectures from multinational companies like Accenture, Morgan Stanley, HP, Willis Towers Watson and IBM, the company was founded with a diverse set of IT consulting services ranging from server and network redesigning, virtualization, cloud hosting, and RFID & SMS integration.
2018 – ARPATECH evolved from sole proprietorship to corporation as ARPACORP. The office was transitioned from Syquia, Sta. Ana, Manila to Legazpi Village in Makati. Mobile application development was added to the list of services adding strength to the team’s central portfolio which are Research and Development and Solutions Design.
To continuously drive innovative solutions that will focus with new technologies that will allow us to maintain or exceed our customers’ satisfaction towards business success.

Ten (10) strong years. It took us that long for us to steer the ship and head it towards a new direction. I can still remember our little office space setup, and was registered on our home address. We were confide in a small room that were formerly used as a preschool classroom for ages four to six years old. During that time, we only have two things:
- The passion to solve problems, and
- The ability to design and build cost effective solutions.
